Add a way to knit stitches in two different rounds as part of one #1

There is currently no way to knit the last stitch of the round together
with the first stitch of the next round. Since it's physically possible
(and in many cases desirable) to do this, it should be added to the spec
and associated engine.

The "long row" concept has been added to the spec.
