Bug: Firefox: Placeholders can not be removed by select-and-type after selecting and de-selecting #20

Not 100% sure what the trigger of this bug is, but I can reproduce it in Firefox and not in Chrome.

  1. Start a story with placeholders
  2. Select a placeholder by clicking on it
  3. Select another placeholder by clicking on it
  4. Select the first placeholder again by clicking on it
  5. Start typing
