User Story:
I want to view the last time this patient was seen to, what task was done at that visit, if it was completed or not and any comments that the previous caregiver has written.
A new screen appears displaying a table showing the date of the last visit, the task done on that date and comments that the caregiver noted. The task column has a check box indicating whether the task was completed or not. The table is populated by the organization that analyses previous reports submitted by caregivers and updates the Medical History table for that specific patient
I am able to see previous visits done by another caregiver, what task that they done with the patient, if it was completed or not and additional comments by that caregiver. I was able to check up on the patient on the previous tasks and carry out my assigned task
