As a supervisor I want to upload media files for the caregivers who are using the mobile application. I want to upload them into their specific tabs (Videos, Audio and Articles).

the formats are as follow: Videos : MP4, AVI, 3gp audio : AMR, MP3, MP4 audio articles : pdf, ppt, docx, doc
