the action for sending Email when resetting password or creating new Admin / user should be moved to the server sncd we have to make ip address static

As a user, if i forget my password, I want to be able to follow a link that will allow me to enter my email so that i may be emailed a password reset link from the server

Precondition:

User must be registered on the InfoShare site
User must enter the email that they signed up with
Emails from the server must be linked

Post-Condition:

User initiates the forgot password protocol
User receives an email from the server containing the reset password link
