As for the second half of your question, I did not get the job. That's because I did not finish the interview process. I believe the developers thought I had the technical ability to perform the tasks. Next was an interview with their Head Honcho to ensure that my personality would blend well with the rest of the team. Another opportunity came up and I was able to land that contract before the interview process finished with Bloom Health.
