Show Datacap Used progress bar only in certain conditions

Progress bar amount is not accurate in certain conditions:

• When a new tranche has been recently added
• When the client runs out of datacap
• When the wallet address has been used in another applications

The solution for this should be hiding progress bar under these conditions:

• If address is not found
• If outstanding datacap is bigger than last tranche amount
