Can't install FIDO Conformance v1.7.2 [Temp fix: Set system language to English] #683

Issue description

This error occurred while installing the tool. image

I experienced the same issue. This can be solved by setting the primary language of Windows to English.

Thanks @tanepod. This is an ongoing battle, as I have no idea on why is it not opening on non-English os. This is some underlying electron issue
