Issue description

I'm trying to run conformance tool tests for registration using protocol - UAF 1.1, but all the tests for protocol-reg-req-4 are failing because the function that runs at first, makes http-request (POST) to "https://appid.certinfra.fidoalliance.org/register" into a method called getFacetAndAppIDAuthToken and that request is failing (404 not found), can you guys take a look? Thanks in advance.
