Issue description

In "U2F 1.1/1.2 -MDS3 Tests", all my U2F and FIDO2 tokens (including other vendors) fail on both P-1 and P-2 of U2F-Authenticate-1 Test "U2FHID_MSG command and APDU processing".

Error: the string "HIDFORK: TIMEOUT!" was thrown, thrown as Error :)

Sorry, I have confirmed that this issue has been resolved in v1.7.19-1.
