[BUG] Message authentication failure in decrypting message 66

Issue description

• Conformance owner returns "Error decrypting... Error decrypting EMB GCM. cipher: message authentication failed" when decrypting message 66 from client. Screenshot is attached for reference.
• Following is a observation upon debugging.
  • protectedHeaderBytes should be used instead of unprotectedHeaderBytes in aadStruct at https://github.com/fido-alliance/fdo-fido-conformance-server/blob/main/core/shared/enc.crypto.go#L502C39-L502C39 according to https://tinyurl.com/aadstrucrfc
