Company share values too high - need to be able to split them #2

Share values should split.

This will require updating all user's share parcels to reflect the new change.

In the future, depending on reporting requirements, there may need to be some kind of event added.

A fix has been put in for this.

Currently stock is split 2 for 1; this should be put maybe to 3 or 4 for 1...
