Need to add experience points #5

Need to add experience points to user objects, granting achievements and unlocking functionality

First cut of experience points added.

Need to consider level progression, (ie what each level grants) as well as the earning of experience points.

This will be closed, since we now have experience points and level implemented.

The model now needs to be fixed, see issue #19
