Implement switch for standard clsim #115

The standard clsim code is still there as drop-in replacement. https://github.com/fiedl/clsim/blob/sf/hole-ice-2018/resources/kernels/lib/propagation_through_media/standard_clsim.c

Provide a switch for that.
