Support `zh-CN` locale #142

Hi @zfei 👋

Thank you for your contribution, much appreciated 🙏 However, regarding localization, I prefer we coordinate using POEditor. The procedure is explained here: https://github.com/fief-dev/fief/discussions/43

I've enabled zh-CN, so you can fill it right away 🙂 Thanks!
