First Test French Translation #25

First test for the translation. (Using Virtaal 0.7.1) for the po edition Creating the MO file directly in the LC_MESSAGES doesn't work on my local Source.. So let's try with just the po file

Please make this PR to the master branch instead of the release branch.

The master branch uses a different automation approach, so rebasing this PR would just result in a mess of commits.
