It'd be handy to be able to control camera view on "Preview" page as well. Currently once you have it enabled and print started you cannot disable it w/o restarting Cura. Steps to repro:
enable webcam view in OctoPrint plugin
start the print
preview shows webcam
go to octoprint plugin settings, disable webcam view
this makes no effect unless you at least reconnect to octoprint
I cannot really test my #5 claim, as attempt to disconnect kills whole Cura here (Linux)
