DECISION(S). Change field label for Transporter to Shipper/Courier and clean up Shipping Method dropdown to Air, Freight, Fine Arts Shipper, Courier, Sea, Other, Hand,change Insurance field to “Customs Value” and use the Insurance field on the Finance Tab, make permits link to Rights module. Registry Flag: When Rights attachment in MovForm_tab [MovFormRef_tab] have RigType = “Permit” and PerPermissionType = “Transportation”, then show warning flag. 3177’s go in the shipping permit table with no links to erights. The edec submission and approval are only help by the government for a set period of time therefore there is no permanent way to reference them.
