DISCUSSION POINTS: Can we narrow the options for this look -up table?

DECISION(S): Yes. We have incoming and outgoing check boxes and a purpose look up to eliminate several “types”. This will require updating the back end logic in Catalog for Pristatus. (see Catalog Structural Changes.)
