ecollectionevents Topic 15: Auto-populate fields in catalogue overwrite CE fields #189

DISCUSSION POINTS:
When Anthropology is creates collections events they are attached on the provenience tab. When the CE is then attached to another catalogue record Dates/Participants and Other Numbers are deleted. This is because of the functionality added for birds/herps/mammals/birds who did not want to manually create a collection event. It is a problem.

DECISION(S):

The catalogue CE autogenerate/populate functionality will be overhauled and streamlined to stop this. See the new shared Collection tab in catalogue for full description of the functionality. Pre-development workflow for Anthropology is to use the Date and Member fields on the expedition tab instead, data will be moved back post development. See JIRA #37017
