DISCUSSION POINTS:

What are the acceptable entries for Kind of Note lookup in bibliography? Should certainly eliminate “Date, Electronic Reference, ISBN, OCLC, Photo Archives Comment, Publication, Title, Web Address”.

Acceptable entries for Kind of Note look up; Abstract Citation Continue (Continuation and Continued have no records) DOI? (1 record) Informational (note that some of these refer to catalogue objects that s/b linked as objects) Inventory name Note (Should this be combined with informational?) Personal correspondence? (1 record) URL

Eliminate: Date, Electronic Reference, ISBN, OCLC, Photo Archives Comment, Publication, Title, Web Address

Is Kind of Note required? 233 records with null value

Not sure how to extract records that refer to catalog objects in notes instead of linking to objects

DATA CHANGES: Data Changes Doc Pre new development: # 18 and # 1 See also emultimedia Data Request # “Citation” type is only ELPT data “Informational” mostly Anthropology. Some will be post (urls) others are linking notes to other modules “Personal Correspondence” irn 35876. Move to Consultation and link to Bibliography. Post development: Electronic Reference (need the linking field for urls) URL (need the linking field for urls) Web address (need the linking field for urls)
