DISCUSSION POINTS: Multimedia records that contain no file or URL/reference on the main and Supplementary tabs do not represent an actual multimedia asset.

DECISION: These should be reviewed and deleted where possible; avoid generating new ones that will remain empty/skeletal for more than a few days.

Admins to add a weekly backend check for Multimedia records without media
Photo Archives - records for film footage that is not catalogued in Multimedia -- these can be catalogue records. Spec out catalogue fields

DATA CHANGES: [ID 47] Pre new development

In Multimedia, go to Tools → Group → Retrieve Group → “Possible Skeleton Records”
If any records belong to your collection area, check and clean or delete or document them.

Before I throw it over to collections to cleanup their stuff can we take a look at the Technology, Communications and Empty records?

Technology records =

(60) Pritzker lab records (60)
(190) Exhibits footage logs with no file location/reference
(~10) IA, Anthro, & Library records with no main or supp files

Empty = repatriation-related

Communications = footage logs with no file location reference
