Rework esites summary strings to reflect new Classification values

At the [7 December 2022 esites working group meeting[(https://github.com/fieldmuseum/EMu-Documentation/discussions/721) it was agreed that new values for the Record Classification field would be implemented.

• Political
• Geospatial
• Cultural
• Default (what happens if none of these values is selected)

This will have implications for the generation of summary strings in that module. The Invertebrates team will revise the current string logic for review by EMu users and eventual inclusion in the live environment.

Once the summary strings are agreed there will need to be a cleanup of existing data to reflect the changes.
