Remove duplicate un-attached collection events #901

A search in Collection Events > Collection > Site of North America, USA, Illinois, Will, Braidwood. [LL] yields 60,063 similar and identical records some of which are attached to Catalogue records, others are unattached. Similar, though fewer, duplicates exist for other Collection Events. Suggested steps for mitigation and consolidation? [CM]

Unattached records have been identified and are being deleted.

@cmaves3 I got through the bulk of these deletions can you take a look and let me know if there are other records to be deleted.

Note that the ecatalogue development to fix the autogeneration of CE records has been funded and will take place after migration to v9.
