Photo Archives - Mapping other Filemaker fields

Accession # [DONE] First: Can be mapped to MulOtherNumber_tab (+ Source = ‘Photo Accession Number?’) for start [DONE] Second: Full accession info → accession records

FileMaker notes: Deep purple fields - always a summary field [concatenation of other white fields]

• Can pull into legacy data; generally not something to map to EMu fields otherwise

To do:

Accessions

• Attach MM to Accessions (check/review if done ~ Dec 7)
• Some/Many Accessions include index cards with descriptions but no photos
  • Important documentation to avoid hunting things that aren’t there
  • Export corresponding MM (with any value in Acc No)
  • PhotoArchives ID, EMu irn, Accession No (+ any others to help cross-check)
