Add new field cd:Role #9

Add the new field with value "Collector" to qualify the field AccCollectorRef_tab.

next, need to structure/hook up fields from the Person + PersonRole + ObjectGroup classes properly (considering https://github.com/tdwg/cd/issues/317 )
