Use the VI description from the Agent and Agent Identity Create/Destroy VIs as a template for all Create/Destroy VIs #22

The Agent and Agent Identity classes have a much better VI description for the Create and Destroy VIs that explain better the purpose of the VIs and the need for using them in pairs. Thus, these descriptions should be used as a template for all of the Create and Destroy VIs in all classes in the toolkit.
