Web-based help documentation can be created from the CHM-based help documentation and hosted on this repository's GH Pages and/or Field R&D Services' help site.

Web-based documentation has been created and deployed to Field R&D Services' help site as of e46aeb3078ed9c4621c440ebc03d569d57c54c26. The README has been updated to remove the "(eventually)" to indicate this is no longer in progress.
