Add a realtime "affects" window to the client #139

Username: Tarcel Client: r1340 Although I think the information displayed in the aardwolf client already is impressive, one thing that really struck me as being missing is a window, like the stat one, dedicated to showing all of the affects on your character in realtime.

So, in other words, instead of having to constantly type "aff" in order to see what buffs and so on are currently on me and their current duration left, it would be awesome to have a window which has like two columns, the first showing the name of the affect, the second showing a realtime countdown of how long it will last. It seems like it would be a huge timesaver to be able to just glance over and see this information, rather than constantly having to bring it up manually.

I have no idea how hard/easy this is to do, but I mentioned it in-game and some people thought it was a great idea and suggested I mention it here.
