Had to do a few changes to acheive mobile friendly / dynamic behaviour for EstimationsList in the dashbaord

to create a mobile friendly estimations list we need a better UI library than FLUENT (they no longer exapnt on DetailsList)
completely replaced fluent with MUI
added missing state field and refactored backend to include state logic
and minor other fixes that needed to be resolved sothat I could work on this feature
- imports, ports ...
