Filtered quality plots for < 20 samples #34

Version 0.1.0 code only made filtered quality plots assuming you had more than 20 samples.

Write if else statement to take into account the scenario in which you have < 20 samples.

This has been implemented in my new working version and will be released in version 2.0.0.
