range switching doesn't always work #21

When a range switch happens this not always results in the right calibration values being used for displayed value. Noticed on voltages. This also happens when leaving calibration mode (during setDefaults).

going back and forth solves the problem.

Also is wrong during startup... switching back and forth fixes it. Looks like it is only wrong on voltage range.
