Standalone PCB with DIB connector. #29

Create a PCB with:

RP2040 CPU / use raspberry pi pico module
Connector to panel PCB with display, touch, and encoders. Using existing connector setup.
12V -> 5V module to feed BB3 module with both 12V and 5V.
Case fan controller and drivers.

This PCB can be derived from the MCU-Power PCB.
