As a user I want to see the used bags to assign to a guest that was last used 4 days ago or more.

Created new items to allow the logic to be controlled by the formula field, Available, for what items show up on the list for the welcome team to choose from. Also updated the picklist text values to include more information about when and who used the bag list.

bag.Available
