[Feature] Add Custom Duration and Skip Time in Seconds To GUI #103

Hello,

Would be be possible to add two textboxes to specify custom duration and skip time, like how it is possible to do it in CLI, into the GUI?

Or, if feeling 'extra' - just being able to type in a start/end time (obviously with bounds checking) would be nice. Let the computer do the math, let me say I want to double-check 00:03:45 to 00:05:12
