Support photos #67

Make calculating photos visual quality metrics possible.

Sorry, but I'm only interested in video comparison.

I'd like to ask for this addition again, ffmpeg already supports comparing images but no other tools easily allows comparing multiple files like this.

It just gets hung checking for frame rate so if you just add a check to ignore it for png or tiff tiles we can convert back any lossy iamges to those and you'd only need to support a single format offically.

I've made tiny changes so jpg & png can be added into the program. I published the modified version as 1.3.1 beta 2. Feel free to download & check it out.

Note: still images comparison is out of scope of the program and I'm not going to check it. So this might be broken any time in future, sorry.

This is strange, I uploaded it. However, the zip was displayed for me with exclamation mark and message "Try to upload it again". I've just re-uploaded it.
