Steps to Reproduce

when I click download after a long download, the connection is reset, provided that everything is fine with the Internet

I gotta say "site error crash" is not a log file. Does this link load normally for you? Are you using a VPN or anything?

I have the same problem. This link opens a page with the code, I do not use VPN and other third-party programs.
