Switch from Universal Blue to Fedora Atomic base

Reason

• More control
• Immediate reaction to changes if/when needed
• Removing unnecessary & potentionally clashing packages + config from Universal Blue
• Reducing image-size (& update time with it)
• Ditching the need to enroll key for Secure Boot (especially during UEFI updates)
• Having easier & more enjoyable BlueBuild workflow

Changes

• Removed akmods support
  • Those would need to be signed with my own key, which is something I wouldn't like to do. Also, I didn't have need for akmods at all, but kept them as hardware enablement, just in case
• Stripped some unecessary packages & config from Universal Blue
  • Only Gidro-OS just scripts are included now, as I want to avoid the potential foot-gun of some user running sub-par Universal Blue just script
  • Removed some packages related to debugging (other tools can still be used) & some opinionated unecessary stuff (like apr, flatpak-spawn & similar)

To-do

• Remove Gnome Software epiphany-runtime & dkms(akmods)-helper
  • Harder to do, since it would take to fork RPM spec, which I wouldn't like to do
