Fixed SwiftUI code-connect package dependency version #31

The Swift package is actually at version 0.1.0, but the readme erroneously indicates it as 1.0.0. I got a dependency resolution error with 1.0.0. Replacing it with 0.1.0 worked fine.

Thank you for your interest in contributing to this project! However, we are in the early stages of the development of Code Connect and not ready to accept external contributions through PRs yet.

We'll update this in a future version of the documentation.
