Unable to display full name of employee #2

Unable to see full employee name if name is long. Should have a line break for user to see full name. image.png

Dear tester, thank you for filing the issue. We have received a similar report that we have accepted at a lower severity since the long names of the user can be mitigated by extending the width of the window. In such a situation, we understand that it still causes some inconvenience for the user and therefore we have taken the issue as a low severity issue.

Reason for disagreement: severity.Low : A flaw that is unlikely to affect normal operations of the product. Appears only in very rare situations and causes a minor inconvenience only. severity.Medium : A flaw that causes occasional inconvenience to some users but they can continue to use the product.

Hello thank u for your response. However, I do not see the appropriateness of justifying this issue as 'Low'. Since it is stated in issue #1 that this program does not apply only to Singapore companies. Let's say if you introduce GME to a country like Madagascar.

The president's name is Hery Martial Rakotoarimanana Rajaonarimampianina (born November 6, 1958) is a Malagasy politician who has been President of Madagascar since January 2014.

If the user's computer screen is not large enough, the name cannot be seen fully. And there's no way to extend to see it. I don't think this cause only a minor inconvenience, instead this will cause 'occasional' inconvenience to users, since the driver will be unclear on who to look for when the passenger is does not arrive on time for the car pool, and this can lead to time wastage or the passenger just missing the ride. This undermines the convenience of using the system.
