we've got the reproducable phenomenon for several users when they use 1-click Tasks on the Kanban Board view for a single work item it doesn't create all tasks (just 7 out of 10). Sometimes it creates more then 7 tasks but then those tasks appear as unparented in the current sprint.
If the colleague who reported this tries the same it works without any Problems and creates all expected tasks (10 of 10) and assigns them to the correct parent work item.
tested Browsers:
Chrome Version 59
Firefox version is: 54.0.1
Microsoft Edge 38.14393.1066.0

PS: As a side remark, I think my previous report regarding turning 0.5 into 5 is depending on the decimal separator defined in Windows that's probably why you could reproduce it with , rather then .
