Extend script to support Arch Linux out of the box #21

This PR extends the script to add full Arch Linux support and also implements some instructions for yet unsupported distros to do the unautomated steps by hand.

Sorry for not merging this sooner. I was on vacation and I still would have wanted to change the name of the override (even for arch) to not break it for people. However, thanks a lot for your patience and effort. But since Lenovo fixed this I won't change the script anymore.

Thanks for being part of getting Lenovo to release a fix.
