in dc163d392a8446f77d7230ee688323c197ca34fb got XML/HDF5 importer into DataStore -> Create menu folder

also add read/write full iamge into File->Open and File->Save submenus

[x] also make sure the workhorse plugin ReadFromImage and ReadIntoImage must NOT be in the menus at all! in c183a2b95c322803824dd9cd921068cda2a51f61
[ ] make sure all dialogs have their "descriptions" filled in (like read image to datastore ... mention "new" version)

[x] add read/write time-series into the menu.. the example client IJM scripts essentially (so that this functionality is within reach of hand, direclty, without any additional steps)

I have added into File->Import->From HPC-Datastore... and File->Export->Into HPC-Datastore... File->Open/Save is not submenu Implementation is in bf5b70f45c6d967e2eec8652f33d947580a32967
