Fix mesh bounding boxes for meshes with negative coordinates #33

Hi, This should fix https://github.com/fiji/3D_Viewer/issues/32 I tested it locally.

@tischi I released 3D_Viewer 4.0.5 containing this fix. It will be part of the forthcoming Fiji release.
