Results: for z stacks, a max projection image of each channel should be shown in ResultsHandlers #16

currently if a z stack is analysed, the first slide only is shown in the results, and this slice might be rather unrepresentative of the whole z stack.... it might be mostly close to zeros.... The point of the results images is to enable to user to see what image it was visually. Better to display the Max Intensity Projections of z stacks.
