Pdf show axis label #69

This pull request shows axis-label to all result images inside the PDF. To fit y-axis label and image parallelly this is implemented with the idea of a 2x2 table. First row holds y-axis and the image in two cells and second row holds an empty cell and x-axis. This issue fixes issue #15 .
