Does SNT have inbuilt motion correction? #71

Dataset consists of multichannel multiframe tiff files.There are n tiff stacks. Each stack has Nimgs where each img is from a depth along the axial plane of the brain, n is the number of channels. Once motion corrected, we are looking to trace the dendrites belonging to a stack in 3d. Does SNT have any inbuilt motion correction within images and between images in a stack?

Hi @akatav sorry for the late reply. We have been busy migrating SNT to a new organization here. As for your question, I do not believe SNT currently has this functionality, but @tferr would be able to give a definitive answer. However, the StackReg ImageJ plugin seems like it could be relevant, if you have not already found a solution to your problem.
