1) Add new "Calibration/Transformations" popup menu entry: "Bake BDV manual transform". This adds the manual transform defined in BDV to the transform list of selected views and resets the manual transforms in BDV.

2) Fix a problem with undefined "channel", "angle", "illumination" in xmls exported by BDV.
