bump to pom-bigdataviewer 4.0.1 versions and fix compile errors #111

bump bdv versions to pom-bigdataviewer-4.0.1. This introduces API changes (mostly moving things around and removal of deprecated API) and this PR fixes resulting compile errors.

Just a comment: I did not bump the parent pom-fiji version because that results in compile errors (bioformats SlideBook6Reader is no longer there) which I don't know how to fix. But this might point to a problem with the SPIM_Registration version that is currently deployed in the Fiji updater?
