headless GPU deconvolution with multiple GPU's #131

Hi,

I am generating really large datasets (>20To) and I am considering using Google Compute Engine with the Tesla GPU's to deconvolve the datasets. I successfully used the SnakeMake scripts to run the deconvolution however I cannot find an option to add multiple GPU's.

Is this implemented in the headless mode ?
